Hinch Distillery Tasting Note ...
Nose - Elevated fresh citrus abounds with a clean mint background and a sense of floral aromatics, as though ground in a pestle & mortar, lingering throughout. Palate - Very crisp yet extremely elegant. Refined touches of spice and light brandy flavours balance the enhanced fresh citrus coming through from the fresh lemon peel. The mouthfeel is full and lingering whilst retaining a great sense of balance.
