Hinch Small Batch Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey

The Blended Irish Whiskey has been distilled from locally sourced Irish Malted Barley and Corn. The resulting spirit has been matured in Bourbon Barrels and blended together in small batches with 70% Single Grain Whiskey and 30% Single Malt, with maturation totally controlled by the Hinch Distillery, First Released June 2019 – 12,000 Bottles.

Matured in the finest Ex Bourbon Oak Casks, this classic blend only uses the finest grain and single malt whiskies. Paired together in small batches to give a classic smooth Irish Whiskey.

Colour - Light hazel.
Nose - Sweet Wood and Toffee nose.
Palate - Dry Fruit with citrus notes and lingering caramel mouthfeel.
